Overview: Safety Products Inc (EXCHANGE Safety Rewards Program) is a service of Safety Products Inc. This program is provided for all eligible customers of Safety Products Inc. All users of this website agree that their access to and use of this website are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Eligibility: Eligibility for the Safety Products Inc (EXCHANGE Safety Rewards Program) is limited to current Safety Products Inc customers. (Safety Products Inc employees, and individuals, are not eligible to participate in the rewards program.) Points earned in the program cease to exist when this eligibility is severed. No credit, transfer, or redemption of Reward Points is available after eligibility is severed. Points will also not carry over from one Safety Products Inc customer to another. This is regardless as to whether or not points had been previously earned. Points earned by an employee leaving a position may be grandfathered to a new employee coming into the same position, if approved by their parenting company.

Changes and Disputes: Safety Products Inc reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time.

Safety Products Inc reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by Safety Products Inc at its sole discretion.  

Participation Enrollment: Each eligible customer is enrolled in the Safety Products Inc (EXCHANGE Safety Rewards Program) by accepting the terms and conditions and will use their SPISafety.com user name and password to gain access to the Safety Products Inc Reward website.

The defaulted business role of the EXCHANGE Safety Rewards Program is an individual point accrual system. If a company has more than one individual responsible for accruing points, they may select a single individual to serve the role of “parent” while other individuals in the program will serve the roles of “child”.

The definitions for each are as follows: Parent roles will be the only individuals responsible for point redemption and will daily accrue all of the points accumulated into their account by their own participation + points of those in the child role. Child role participants will accrue points for their participation, but will see a daily withdraw of their points in a move to the Parent account.

Earning Rewards: For every dollar spent on merchandise at Safety Products Inc, a point is earned. Each merchandise line item is calculated separately rounding down to the lowest whole number. Special opportunities may exist to earn double points. No points will be awarded for monies spent on charges, fees, taxes, or freight charges.

Redemption and Reduction of Points:

  1. Any Reward Points will expire if there are no Reward Points earned and no Reward Points redeemed within a rolling twelve month window.
  2. Reward Points may only be used to redeem merchandise from the online catalog. Points are not redeemable for cash.
  3. The Reward Points you accrue do not constitute your property. You can not transfer Reward Points to another cardholder. Reward Points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.
  4. Points will be deducted for returned items. If the number of points deducted is greater than your current point balance, your account will have a negative balance.

Claiming a Reward:

  1. Safety Products Inc reserves the right to modify merchandise available and point price redemption amount in the Reward Points On-Line Catalog at any time and without notice.
  2. When you have obtained sufficient points, you may redeem an item(s) from those described in the On-Line Catalog.
  3. Specific merchandise is subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.

Statements of Safety Products Inc Reward Points Earned: This website provides eligible participants with details of transactions, as well as Safety Products Inc Reward Point balances.

Termination of Program: Safety Products Inc reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time without prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Reward Points must be redeemed within one month of the date of termination of the program.

Participant Program Tracking: It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded points to redeem items from the Safety Products Inc Reward Catalog. Awarded points can only be redeemed for merchandise presented in the Reward Points Online Catalog.

Taxes: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these awards is the sole responsibility of the participating employee and not Safety Products Inc or any of its affiliates or agents. Safety Products Inc will report earnings under this program in accordance with Federal, state and local regulations.

Shipping and Handling: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling charges are included in the point value associated with each item in the On-Line Catalog and are represented in the overall value of the item.

Privacy Notice: This website is housed and operated by Online-Rewards on behalf of Safety Products Inc . The information collected on this website will be used by Safety Products Inc in connection with the Safety Products Inc (EXCHANGE Safety Rewards) Program.
